Standard 15: Learners’ needs drive the equitable allocation and management of human, material, digital, and fiscal resources.

Professional staff members have taken on additional/different roles to ensure student needs are met.  Professional staff members are also allotted funds to purchase materials deemed necessary for instruction and learning.  Students have access to physical and digital instructional materials and have one-to-one laptops plus internet access.  Chambers Public School has approximately a 6:1 student-teacher ratio, which allows faculty to adjust instruction to meet student needs. 

 

Examination of standardized testing (MAP) data guides leaders and professional staff members as they have targeted student needs to be determined the focus for school improvement goals.  Leaders send out stakeholder surveys to review and gather stakeholder perceptions annually.  Leaders present this gathered and reviewed information to professional staff members so that they can meet the needs of learners. 

 

Chambers Public School leaders should continue examining standardized testing (MAP) data so that they can continue to target student needs and meet school improvement goals. Professional staff members should continue to routinely analyze learners’ needs and current trend data to adjust allocation of management of human, digital, and fiscal resources to ensure equity for learning.
