Chambers Public School is a 1:1 laptop school in grades K-12. Teachers use many forms of technology in the classroom. For example, TEAMS, Smart Boards, virtual field trips, and ESU 8 technological resources. The students are apt at using technology for education purposes. Students also reinforce their understanding of topics by using IXL, EPIC, Starfall, Scholastic, SNAP, Kahoot!, and Blooket. These digital resources motivate and enhance the students’ educational experience.

The instructional environment ensures active engagement of learners by allowing the students an opportunity to use hardware, applications, software, programs, and web sites that engage their learning activities and support students’ learning goals.

Learners participate with confidence because they have practiced several times in the classroom, are given opportunities to be successful, and are encouraged to do their best.  These different opportunities also allow the students situations to make real life connections.

Students are encouraged to use these resources and are also able to make their own decisions on what will help them the most.  Teachers start with teacher led experiences and the students then begin their own journey with their learning taking more responsibility with it.
